Ella for spam control is so easy to setup and train. then day after day it sorts your incoming email into news, spam or important enough to remain in your inbox for your attention.
Ella for Spam Control - the Spam Filter software creates 2 new folder in your email system Ella Review (Newsletters) and Ella Review (Spam).
As email is being received the Ella spam filter checks each email against more than 100 criteria that you and it have previously decided and consigns the emails to either of the two new folders or leaves it in the inbox. Don't worry, the 100 rules are fully sutomatic. Each time you train Ella that you'd prefer this email type, sender, subject to go to a particular folder, it remembers about 100 important signs and creates a rule, just in case another similar email is received later.
You no longer need to wade through volumes of trash to find what's important for you to start your busy day.
Spam, rubbish, whether it's classified as spam by the senders or the international spam bureaux are placed in your new Ella Spam folder for later quick check before you delete the offending email permanently.
Some email you receive may well be something you subscribed to ages ogo on a news list only to be able to un-subscribe as you don't know the necessary removal information like user codes and passwords that are long lost. Consign everything from that source to the ella for spam control bin and it's as good as deleted.
News emails are sorted into an Ella News folder for later perusal when the working day is well under control or you have time on that international flight.
